Whenever we think about weight loss, girls often dream about getting that flat waist and guys dream about abs which is generally idolized from Bollywood heroines and actors. But when we step down from our clouds of dreams, we get stuck in spiteful cycle of unsuccessful diet plans which we originally started with great jive. And then out of the blue, at the halfway of the road, we lose all willpower and give up to the mouth-watering call of butter paneer, rasmalai, pizzas and daal makhni.
And some who succeed to shed off some kilos by that restricted diet will be clueless about how to uphold it. Well, here is a diet plan for weight loss.
•Have 1 glass of Lukewarm Water with Lemon early morning and later have a cup of tea with biscuits.
•have 1plate brown bread upma with a cup of milk for breakfast
•Have fruits like bananas or grapes or melon at noon
•For lunch, have 1 bowl brown rice + 1 small bowl mix vegetable+ 1 bowl of salad and raita.
•For evening snacks, have one cup butter milk
•And finally have a light dinner like 2 rotis with vegetables+ 1 bowl vegetable soup and raita
Best way to curb out hunger when feeling agitated is to go for Bran biscuits or soups for their low-calorie content. Also stay away from red meat as it has high level of saturated fats.
