Bad Effects of Fast Foods
Fast food means, food that can be prepared very quickly. But, this is its only benefit. All fast food is unhealthy, and it shouldn’t be used during diets. Actually, it shouldn’t be used ever! This kind of food has no important nutrients, it means that your daily intake of proteins, vitamins and minerals cannot be achieved. On the other side, fast food contains too much fat and calories. It means that your body gets only unhealthy ingredients, which can cause many problems. There are many kinds of fast food: burgers, croissants, chips, snacks and many other. But they all have this problem.
The biggest problem with fast food is, it can cause obesity. It means that, people with this problem have too much fat in their body. Because fat is used as reserve energy, your body doesn’t use it every day. Which leads to overweight. Fast food is full with fat and calories, and it is considered as the main reason for obesity. Many people don’t have time for eating healthy, so they eat fast food. Those people often never consume fruits and vegetables.
The second, equally bad drawback is, causing of heart disease. People who eat fast food four times a week or more, increase risk for heart disease up to 80%. Fast food contains high level of fat, which means that, saturated fat level in your body will be increased. It will clog the arteries, which leads to heart attack and other heart disease! Beside heart diseases, fast food is responsible for diabetes! Fast food can cause diabetes because it has high levels of sugar.
