There is no some food that is made just for children, but if you think that kids can eat any kind of food, because they have ‘’strong’’ stomachs and they run a lot, you are wrong! Choosing the right food for your child is even more important than choosing what adult will eat. The explanation is very simple. Because their body is developing, wrong food will have a negative effect. If you think that kids like eating only pizzas and hot dogs, you’re wrong again. Kids like eating that food just because people around them eat it. If you start eating other kind of food, they will want to eat it as well. You should know that fast food shouldn’t be on your children’s menu!

Because fish contains omega 3 fatty acids, which are very important for the brain, and your child’s brain is still developing, it is the most important kind of food that your kid should eat. Although, adults can satisfy their need for omega 3 fatty acids, by eating fish once or twice a week, children should eat it more often. Another food that often forgotten, although it has many benefits is honey, especially organic honey! It is useful for adults and for children. But. Eating it often can be bad for children’s teeth, so make sure your child wash them more often.
